Canada Shipping Time and Cost

  • Standard shipping (3 - 9 business days) to Canada is 14.99 USD
  • We offer free shipping on all Canada orders over 150 USD
  • We offer in-store pick up for orders in Victoria, BC, Canada

All Canada orders are shipped via Canada Post and tracking information is provided

US Shipping Time and Cost

  • Standard shipping (6 - 9 business days) to US is 19.99 USD
  • Express shipping (3 - 6 business days) to US is 34.99 USD
  • We offer free shipping on all US orders over 150 USD

All US orders are shipped via DHL and tracking information is provided

International Shipping Time and Cost

  • Standard International shipping (6 - 10 business days) is 34.99 USD
  • We offer free shipping on all International orders over 500 USD

All international orders are shipped via DHL and tracking information is provided.

Customs/Duties

Orders may be subject custom duties at the time of delivery.

Processing Time

All orders except pre-order items can take up to 2 business days to processes. Business day does not include weekends and holidays.

Processing time of pre-order items will vary depending on the pre-order sale going on. The shipping date will be stated at the time of the pre-order campaign.

During peak period like sale periods, processing time can go up to 5 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is completely separate from the delivery time. Delivery time is calculated from the day the order is shipped. 

Delivery times vary based on the delivery location. An email with delivery and tracking information will be sent to the provided email address as soon as the item has been shipped.

Delivery Claims

If the an item is marked as delivered by the carrier but the customer never received it, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. We will follow up with the carrier to help you start a claim. Please note that delivery claims can take up to 30 business days.

KARAMILE is not responsible for any item that was marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. We will not issue a refund or store credit in such situation.

Out of Stock Items

If an item that was ordered is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the other items in the order and issue a refund for the item(s) that is out of stock.
