Refund policy

We are happy to help process returns and exchanges.

  • We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 day from the day you receive the item to contact us about a return/exchange.

  • To start the a return or exchange, simply send an email to shop@karamile.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Returned Items have to be unworn, unwashed , clean and must include all the original tags still attached to the item. Returned items must also not have any smell (food smell, perfume etc.)

  • We do not offer direct exchange for products. We only offer store credit. Once and item is returned and received in good condition, store credit will be issued and that can be used at any time for purchase on our website.

  • Shipping cost at the time of the order is non refundable.

  • The cost of shipping the returned item is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Final Sale items can not be returned or exchanged.
